All Arizona EVP Championships will be a double elimination match play crossover tournaments, no pool play. Matches are best of 3 games: games 1 and 2 are to 21 points, win by 2, cap at 25; game 3 is to 15 points, win by 2, cap at 21 OR TIME.
September 8th: All of the following divisions (Men's A, Men's B, Women's A, and Women's B) will start at 7A checkin. The teams that are not playing will be scorekeepers. The finals are projected to end at 4P but may be as late as 5P. Coed 2's AA/A will start at 2:00P checkin. The finals are projected to end at 12:30A, possibly 1A.
EXAMPLE OF TOURNAMENT BRACKET CROSSOVER
September 15th: Both divisions (Men's AAA/AA and Women's AAA/AA) will start at 7A checkin. The teams that are not playing will be scorekeepers. The finals are projected to end at 5P but may be as late as 6P.
September 29th: Coed 2's A/B division will start at 7:30A checkin. The teams that are not playing will be scorekeepers. The finals are projected to end no later than 5P. Format is straight double elimination crossover tournament, 1st place takes all. Men's 2's AA and Women's 2's AA is changed to 7:30A checkin, 8A start, finish no later than 5P. Format is play each team, best of 3, and top team takes all.
